Terms

The agreement, in plain words.

Last updated 19 September 2026. These terms govern your use of the library of alexandr.ia, operated by Alexandra Paiz Delgado in Guatemala. By reading the digest, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not, the remedy is simple, which is not to use the service.

What the service is

The library reads AI research and keeps a record of what it claims, then writes a digest from that record and turns durable procedures into agent skills. The weekly digest is free. A paid tier gives access to the skills, the claim graph, and automations, and its price is shown on the pricing page before you buy anything.

The service changes. Features are added, and features that do not earn their place are removed. If a paid feature is withdrawn in a way that materially reduces what you paid for, you will be told and you may cancel for a pro-rated refund of the unused period.

Accounts

You need an accurate email address and you are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your credentials to yourself. One account is for one person. You may delete your account at any time, which ends your access and removes your data as described in the privacy policy.

Payment

Paid subscriptions are sold through Polar, which is the merchant of record. That means your purchase contract for the payment itself is with Polar, Polar charges your card, issues your invoice, collects any sales tax or VAT owed in your country, and handles refunds and chargebacks under its own terms. The library provides the service you are paying for.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and there is no cancellation fee. If you are a consumer in Europe or the United Kingdom you have a statutory right to withdraw within fourteen days, and by starting to use the paid features immediately you agree that this period begins at once. Beyond that, refunds are at the library’s discretion, and a request made in good faith will usually be granted.

What you may and may not do

The digest and the skills are for you and for the agents you run. You may use them in your own work, including commercial work, and quote from them with attribution. You may not resell them, publish them as your own, redistribute the full corpus, or scrape the site to rebuild the claim graph elsewhere. Do not attempt to break the service, reach other people’s data, or use the library to do anything illegal.

The library’s own writing, structure, and code remain the property of its operator. Research papers that the library reads and cites remain the property of their authors, and the library links to sources rather than republishing them.

Accuracy, and what this is not

The digest and the claim graph are produced by an automated pipeline that reads published research. It can misread a paper, carry forward an error from a source, or state something with more confidence than the evidence deserves. Every claim is kept with its citation precisely so you can check it, and you should check anything you are going to act on. Nothing here is professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot legally be limited, and consumer rights you hold under local law are not affected.

Ending it

You may stop at any time by unsubscribing or deleting your account. The library may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so you will be told why and given a chance to fix it. If you had paid time remaining and were not closed for abuse, you get it back.

Changes and law

These terms may change. When a change matters, the date above changes and subscribers are told in the digest before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala, and nothing in this paragraph removes a consumer’s right to bring a claim where they live.
